We stayed in an apartment for 8 persons. It was spacious enough and had a big terrace. The apartment is furnished simply, but everything was clean and in good conditions. The kitchen had enough utensils. No problem with the hot water as I read in other reviews. It is walking distance to the beach. Thought it was very good value for the money.

Check in (5-8pm) and check out times (10am). The fact that they charge 30 euros if you do not leave the apartment clean, especially since there is cleaning equipment in the apartment.

the beach was the best thing about our stay, the apartments are a stones throw away.

no complaints about the apartments, the only thing was most of the shops and restaurants were closed, as we went late october. also there is only enough hot water for one shower at a time, so you need to let the tank fill up between showers,a bit awkward!

The room was clean and the mattresses were comfortable had a good range of basic kitchen facilities, it was literally a 4 minute walk from the nice sandy beach, had a number of supermarkets within a 3 minute walk and a number of large supermarkets withing a short car drive. The bedroom beds are basic and for a couple are fine for a short stay the lounge dinner beds are also fine for a short stay. In all a very cheap, adequate break for short stay of a few days to a week.

The only thing we did not like was the availability of hot water for the shower. This was not adequate for 2 people let alone 4 people. The only way to get 4 people showered was for each to have a military shower (turn on get wet, turn off and soap up, turn on and rinse) and to space it throughout the day, don't have your shower as you would at home as it will go cold before you finish . Forget each having a shower just before you go out to that fantastic restaurant, Unless maybe each of you are unbelievably frugal with the hot water. One other thing was the description said it was 8.9 kilometers from L'escala, not true, it is 17.4 kilometers as verified by my gps.

Great pool, kids loved the slide. Good sized apartment. We had a great time relaxing here.

Access is secure which is good but there is only one gate to enter the site and we had to walk along way to get in and out. Other gates were closer but we were not able to use them.

Everybody was nice, helpful, location is good, price is fair, clean, well facilitated apartmant.

Large clean well-appointed apartment with balcony overlooking the pool. Plenty of street parking. 5 mins walk from good sandy beach and the town. A great short break.

the apartment is very basic. one bathroom only. no aircondision. they didn`t even give toilet paper! the swimingpool was good and the kitchen big but with no oven.we enjoyed our stay but it was better if we know on advanc that there was no toilet paper or oven.

My Daughter loved the swimming pool. The facilities whilst basic were very good and clean. Great location, less than 5 minutes to both the beach and town centre restraunts and shops.

For the price (900 € a week) they could have included the final washing of the appartment (30 €)
